Punjab Chief Minister’s wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur was the chief guest in the Punjab Government’s state-level teej festival, dedicated to the daughters and to connect the young generation to the cultural values, at Mohali’s NIPER Institute. She was accompanied by Chief Minister’s sister Manpreet Kaur, Punjab Social Security and Women and Child Development Minister Dr Baljit Kaur, among others.
