Panchkula: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday said that the strength of any country or state does not lie in its grand buildings and structures, but in the knowledge, research and innovation of its youth. He called upon researchers to undertake in-depth research on issues related to the development of the State and public welfare, and to promote research and innovation by making use of the latest technology.  He was addressing an interaction programme with researchers from higher educational institutions as the Chief Guest at the Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management in Sector 3, Panchkula, on Friday.
